We are seeking to recruit an Human Resources Co-ordinator to join the HR team within the College of Art, Design and the Built Environment, delivering a proactive and effective HR service supporting both academic and professional support departments.
This is a coordination administrative role reporting to the HR Officer and working closely with the HR Assistants. The role requires a highly knowledgeable HR administrator with proven experience of managing a range of operational HR administration casework in an Higher Education environment, including recruitment and policy management, such as induction, probation, flexible working, and redeployment.
