Our Assistant Director of Finance heads all of our finance operations, including leading the finance teams that support all areas of our business. We are a G1/ V1 organisation containing several group subsidiaries both commercial and charitable, and we remain committed to delivering care and support services. So, there is a lot of activity for our finance teams to support – and we want our Assistant Director of Finance to lead from the front.
We are looking for a finance professional who is excited to bring their energy to bear equally on leadership and embedding values and good practice as well as to technical functions and accounting.
We need you to be professionally qualified, but we are open to this being the first time you have worked at this level, and we especially welcome applications from people who can bring diversity of thought and life experience.
