The role of the Recruiter is to work both proactively and in response to issues identified by departments under his/her direction, to best meet the goals of Norton Healthcare and the needs of its employees. Responsibilities are to source and present qualified candidates to the applicable facility/office for potential employment within the Norton Healthcare system. These responsibilities are to be carried out in compliance with Norton Healthcare’s standards and in accordance with all state and federal law.


Required:

  • One year in recruiting
  • Bachelor Degree
