Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time

Due to our continued growth and commitment to the evolving needs of those we serve, Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a driven, self motivated/disciplined, high energy individual to join our team in our newly created role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This position offers the ability for a flexible schedule!

Candidate would be responsible to assist in the recruitment and procurement of staff for all lines of business for the facility.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Develop sourcing strategies to create highly effective methods of sourcing talented candidates
• Maximizing social networking opportunities to increase applicant traffic
• Working collaboratively with Department Heads to on-board candidates
• Develop and deploy a full cycle recruiting strategy to include pipelining of candidates, mining resumes, selling positions to potential candidates, networking and contacting recruiting sources and attracting best in class candidates.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
• Anticipate industry trends and utilize market information to ensure best in class candidate sourcing
• Source, gather and interview passive job seekers utilizing best-in-class recruitment methods (cold calling, networking, recruitment campaigns)
• Manage the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate expectations, extending offers through to onboarding
• Find and recommending appropriate talent using innovative sourcing and recruiting
• Develop sourcing strategies and use a variety of recruitment campaigns, tactics and methods to attract talent
• Follow new hires and current employees to gauge workplace happiness to ensure retention.
• Engage, Maintain and Develop Employee Retention Programming through the facility’s SPARK Program/Committee
