Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit (IU) Hiring for Adult Education Instructor-Warren at Warren, PA Full Time


Position Summary

The Northwest Tri-County IU5 Adult Education Program is seeking part-time Adult Education Instructors to provide individualized basic Language Arts, math, science, and social studies instruction for GED Exam preparation or for entry into career or post-secondary education. Currently we are in need of an instructor at The Warren Forest Higher Education Council Building. The schedule for this position would be Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 – 8:00 PM to include instructional time from 5:30-8:00. There would be 3 additional hours for prep and student support – these hours can be done remotely on another day with approval.

Qualifications

  • PA Instructional Certificate

Retired teachers are encouraged to apply
