We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities :

• Reviewing paperwork to ensure completeness
• Reviewing invoices to ensure that they are accurate and complete before sending them to customers
• Maintaining customer records including contact information, account status, and other data
• Preparing invoices, bills, or statements for services rendered
• Contacting clients to answer questions about billing statements
• Communicating with customers to answer questions about services

Qualifications :

• Accurate data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
