We’ve got a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Leadership and Talent Development Manager.
This role will enable you to lead on the creation and implementation of innovative learning solutions, assessment frameworks and career development pathways. We’re always thinking about how we can support a culture of continuous learning and development, and we consider our people to be our best asset. You’ll oversee the design and delivery of our leadership and talent development programmes, whilst ensuring we are future-proofing our leadership capability for the future.
You’ll need to share the same values as us, as you’ll be embedding these in your day to day role, in addition to ensuring every colleague continues to deliver outstanding service to the public. In return for your dedication and experience, we offer 24 days’ leave, excluding bank holidays, increasing to 29 days for 5 years+ service. Vetting level:
Recruitment Vetting (RV) Applicants must be a resident of the UK for a minimum period of 3 years to ensure vetting checks can be successfully performed. A job offer will be dependent upon vetting clearance, medical information and references.
All staff including those appointed on fixed term contracts must successfully complete their probationary period before they are eligible to apply for a Northumbria Police vacancy.
