NorthShore Medical Group Hiring for Mental Health Care Manger Full Time

NorthShore Medical Group, a community based primary care group located in White Salmon & Stevenson, is hiring for a part time Mental Health Care Manager, who is a key role in our integrated Collaborative Careprogram (https://aims.uw.edu/collaborative-care).

Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Masters degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Ability to respond with flexibility to changing work load or patient assignments.
• Ability to utilize computer software and Electronic Health Record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians, associate providers, and staff.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, staff, and others.
• Passion for mental and behavioral health.
• All vaccinations required.

We are a provider led practice, with average provider tenure of 15+ years.
