The person hired into this role will play a pivotal role in our recruiting strategy, technology optimization, and recruiting marketing. This Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner will join our Strategic Space Systems Division recruiting team and support a broad customer base in a highly complex, technical environment.

This is a fully remote role.

Job Duties:

• Provide full-life cycle recruiting, to include: screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process
• Accurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizes candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closes candidates to ensure high acceptance rates
• Act as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborate with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectives
• Possess the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomes
• Effectively leverage other functional areas as well as utilize data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies
• Understand and adhere to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes
• Exhibit the actions and behaviors that demonstrate Northrop Grumman Leadership Characteristics

This position may be filled at a level 2 or 3 based on the qualifications listed below.

Job Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience; OR a master’s degree and at least 1 year of recruiting and/or sourcing experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree
• Experience recruiting technical talent
• Experience recruiting cleared talent
• Experience recruiting in-house or in a staffing agency environment

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience; OR a master’s degree and at least 4 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree
• Experience recruiting technical talent
• Experience recruiting cleared talent
• Experience recruiting in-house or in a staffing agency environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearancejobs, and similar sourcing tools
• Aerospace and defense industry recruiting experience

Salary Range: 68100 – 102100

Salary Range 2: 83800 – 125800

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
