Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Manager 3 to be based in Baltimore, MD. This position provides relocation assistance. 25% of travel required.This Software Quality Assurance Manager 3 is responsible for leading the Mission Assurance function for a Program Team within the Combat Sensors BY as a part of the Mission Systems Sector. The SQA Manager will support a specific critical program and lead a high performing MA team responsible for delivering high quality software products and maintain compliance across the organization and critical suppliers. The SQA Manager will plan and execute the Program’s QA software plan using measurable goals and effectiveness criteria in support of the overall business strategy of the unit, division and sector. Candidates to have proven track record of solving complex problems through systematic and objective evaluation of information resulting in effective communication, championing, and implementation of change with a diverse set of internal and external customers and suppliers. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills combined with a “can do” attitude are essential.
