Northrop Grumman’s Missions Systems Sector is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, partner, and develop the Cyber recruiting team in Annapolis Junction, MD and may require up to 10% travel. If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for execution, this is the opportunity to lead a high performing team and drive the strategic development of business critical recruiting strategies. Position is based in Annapolis Junction, MD.
In this role, you will manage, coach and develop a team of 5 recruiters to successfully meet and/or exceed the hiring needs of the division. Design, develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to identify, interview and hire highly skilled technical candidates in a timely manner. Streamline and create efficiencies in the recruiting process to accelerate hiring across business units.

Salary Range: $116,160.00 – $174,240.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay . Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
