Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Logistics 2 Specialist in our Sunnyvale, CA (SVL) location. This position is required to be on site and does not allow for telecommuting.

• Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.
• Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment.
• Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components.
• Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
• Work closely with a diverse group of property professionals responsible for capital assets, US Government Property and other Customer owned property.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and multi-task.
• Well organized, effective working independently as well as in a team environment,
• Able to handle multiple assignments, possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Organize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of all projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• US Citizenship is required for this role, as well as the ability to obtain a DoD clearance following hire
• Able to work overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Government Property

Salary Range: $39,900 USD – $66,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
