You will be experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted source of expertise that drives best practice recruitment solutions, partnering with business stakeholders to attract and retain quality talent. Your strong business acumen combined with your ability to engage and consult with hiring managers across our business will see you succeed in the role.

This full-time permanent opportunity will be based in our Sydney office, however, will support a national client portfolio and will be required to travel to interstate offices from time to time.

Your typical day will involve duties such as:

• Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• The ability to promote and build a high-performance culture through the attraction, assessment, and selection of the highest calibre of talent
• Experience and proven success in facilitating searches, market mapping and sourcing in line with role briefs, while utilising recruitment tools to understand market trends and data
• Work with the P&C Manager, to build out a strategic sourcing strategy for your national client group and build a pipeline of candidates using innovative, out of the box ideas
• Develop and manage campaigns for your client group to attract and retain great talent
• Partner with P&C Business Lead and Hiring Managers to provide regular updates on status of roles
• Superior relationship and stakeholder management skills – capable of influencing and collaborating with people across all levels of a fast moving organisation with constantly shifting priorities
• Work closely with the wider P&C team and support your peers to ensure fair and equitable volumes across the team, as they will do with you

• Experience utilising talent systems – JobAdder, LinkedIn, Seek, Xref.
• Previous experience working within the engineering or professional services industry (highly desirable)
