Your role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to:

Answer inbound calls from our internal clients at the branches.
Supporting Financial Advisors on the products offered by the firm, i.e., mutual funds, investment accounts, etc.

Educate clients on account services and capabilities
Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries

Your team
You’ll be working in the Service Group Client Services which provides support to the Firm’s Financial Advisors and assistants and external clients. As a customer service representative, you’ll play an important role in providing excellent service to internal clients, the branches and external clients.

Your expertise

• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous work experience with other wealth management and investment companies

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nashville, TN 37243: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Client Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:
