Northern Rivers In Home Care is a not for profit In Home Care Child Care Service servicing the Northern Rivers area and Gold Coast.

We have a family in Terranora NSW that has two children (7y/o) and (5y/o). Both children attend Primary School. Parents are shift workers and require care on a Friday morning to get the children ready for school and to drop them off/or bus stop. They are independent with activities of daily living but need supervision.

Start date ASAP!

Days and Times required:

Days: Friday

6am to 9am

Hourly rate:

$31.00/$32.00 per hour (inclusive Superannuation)

The role will be to provide:

Early childhood education and care that is stage and interest appropriate. Educator to focus on morning routines including facilitating school drop off where necessary. Educator to provide fun activities while ensuring safety.

Criteria:

All our Educators are engaged as Independent Contractors are required to have the following :

• Min. Certificate III in Children’s Services or higher (or working towards)
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• WWCC and Police Clearance
• PRODA RA
• Liability Insurance
• Medical Clearance
• Child Protection (refresher required every 2 years)
• ABN
• Photo ID
• 2 child care references
• Vaccination Mandate has been lifted
• Reliable car

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week

Salary: $31.00 – $32.00 per hour
