• Ability to develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education and training programs along with advanced leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
• Expert understanding of contemporary adult learning principles with proven advanced skills in clinical teaching with expertise in the development and use of contemporary educational information systems (Blackboard)
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in nursing practice and own professional development and the ability to motivate others
