Northern Lights School Division Hiring for School Secretary (0.6 FTE) – St. Pascal School (Green Lake) at Green Lake, SK Full Time

This part-time (0.6 FTE) school administrative secretary position involves providing main office financial and secretary services. The successful candidate would work closely with the administrator and support staff. The successful candidate will have familiarity with the operation of Microsoft Office 365 software (Word, Excel) on Windows computers, possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, be familiar with basic office procedures and be familiar with professional telephone protocol. Financial literacy is essential as this position is responsible for processing, tracking, and managing all financial activities within the school. Inventory management experience would be considered an asset.

The position would commence as soon as possible until June 23, 2022. The annual salary depends upon experience and qualifications.
