Northern One Hour Heating, Plumbing, & Electrical is owned and operated locally, and we represent One Hour Heating, Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Mr.

Sparky Electric. Our company has been providing residential home services to the metro area since 1990, and we are currently seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you would implement and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

You will play a major role in helping us to grow Northern One Hour Heating, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Mr. Sparky Electric.

Responsibilities & Job Duties :

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and execute monthly email calendar.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create content that highlights our expertise.
• Respond to all Google Reviews.
• Manage our Google Local Services Accounts.
• Working with vendor monitoring and improving the website and digital presence through SEO
• Creating marketing materials for technicians and sales teams to use in the field.
• Prepare materials for local home shows.
• Order marketing materials (stickers, forms, magnets, pens, etc.)
• Manage and order apparel (hats, sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc.)
• Record Radio Spots.

Schedule : 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Salary : $23- $27 an hour

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or graphic design.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices (ICANN)
• Knowledge of social media best practices.
• Experience in the following programs :

Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, InDesign (Primarily)

Canva

MailChimp or Constant Contact

Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus!
