The Head of UK Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the Recruitment function. This role will report directly into our Global Head of Recruitment and will work alongside our People Leadership team..

Working with the Talent Acquisition Team to increase quality of candidates and candidate experience as well as increase revenue of the Business Account Managers, tracking performance and overall quality of the sales force.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of recruitment targets in the UK
• Identify and review attraction methods and implement recruitment processes to reach new audiences
• Play a key part in employer brand development and ensure our offering remains competitive and attractive within our market space
• Design recruitment processes that suit the level of role advertised and review success of the process
• Evaluate candidate experience and make improvements to the recruitment process
• Use performance and leaver information to identify improvements to hiring process
• Determine qualification criteria for each position
• Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
• Lead and support the UK Talent Acquisition team towards achieving targets
• Monitor performance against targets for the talent team and implement development plans where necessary
• Create a training and coaching program end-to-end and able to identify areas of opportunities
• Ability to motivate, engage, and influence others through content and presentations; must be a dynamic speaker with proven ability to get participants excited about topics presented
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Desire to take initiative; thrive on change and work towards evolving recruitment targets
• Define process improvements and outline strategies; execute as both a leader and hands-on member of the team

Experience/Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing and managing recruitment strategies
• Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
• Experience managing a recruitment team
• Have worked in the Utilities industry/telesales in a similar capacity
