We are entering into a period of accelerated growth and are on track to employ over 1,000 colleagues by the end of the year. To support and lead with the growth and success of the business, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

We are growing our business and have ambitious goals scheduled for 2022/23.

Due to rapid expansion as a result of us bringing multiple new technologies, products and services to the market, we are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager who can develop, lead and manage our recruitment department and processes, dealing with multiple new roles and implementing a strategy to attract the best people.

Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience whilst managing the placement of high calibre applicants. You will be responsible for the recruitment of roles and working with the marketing department to ensure our employee brand is advertised in the right places and attracts the right talent.

You will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment process is fit for purpose, suited to the role advertised and is fair and in line with the company’s equality policy.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the Global Talent and Acquisition Director to create a recruitment strategy to attract talent to the organisation
• Identify and review attraction methods and implement recruitment processes to reach new audiences
• Play a key part in employer brand development and ensure our offering remains competitive and attractive within our market space
• Design recruitment processes that suit the level of the role advertised and review the success of the process
• Evaluate candidate experience and make improvements to the recruitment process
• Use performance and leaver information to identify improvements to the hiring process
• Determine qualification criteria for each position
• Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
• Manage and coach the talent team towards achieving targets
• Develop and support the talent team aligned to their Personal Development Plans
• Monitor performance against targets for the talent team and conduct regular 1-2-1s

• Proven experience in implementing and managing a recruitment strategy
• Managing and developing teams
• Solid understanding of full-cycle end-to-end recruiting
• Understanding and interpreting market intelligence (MI)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CV databases
