Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust Hiring for Finance Systems Assistant Job at Darwen, England Full Time

You will be part of a team in the busy Finance Systems section, providing a professional and efficient service supporting the systems used by ELFS staff and client organisations. The job is very varied and will include dealing with a range of queries via our helpdesk system and interface loading / coding error corrections.

ELFS Shared Services (based at Viscount House just off J4 M65) provides finance systems, accounting and payroll services for NHS Trusts nationally

You should have excellent IT and communication skills. Experience of using the applications supported by the team would be an advantage.

As a member of the finance systems team you will be taking calls and resolving queries from a variety of people across all ELFS Shared Services clients.

The main duties will be manning the helpdesk while also undertaking day to day work from senior team members.
