NORTHERN CAFE Hiring for Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Northern Cafe is a fast growing Chinese restaurant chain around Los Angeles. We serve authentic Chinese food at great prices & are looking for a rockstar social media specialist to help us manage our social media accounts. We want to strengthen our online brand presence & attract more customers to all of our locations!

You will oversee your own projects from start to finish that will involve both brand strategy and execution. You will work closely with the company’s upper management to set goals and KPIs. We are looking for a proactive, diligent, and hard working team player who is passionate about all things branding!

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with management to devise channel and content strategy
• Create project timeline and set KPIs
• Maintain company website & marketing related emails
• Create visual content, including but not limited to: photography and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, & Tik Tok leveraging existing materials and content where possible
• Work and manage influencers
• Shoot, edit and create graphics
• Compile internal and external social media insights using native tools, competitive analysis and trend s
• Run Google Ads

Requirements:

• Passion for helping businesses strengthen their brands
• A highly motivated individual, excited to learn, work, and adjust in a fast-paced creative environment
• Someone with a strong creative vision and love for collaboration
• Has the ability to stay well-organized and multi-task on a variety of assignments
• Has familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite of programs as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline
• Must be willing to travel around Greater Los Angeles

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
