Northeast Spray Insulation is seeking a part time Office Assistant!

As an office assistant you are responsible for welcoming/directing calls from our customers, clients and employees and will assist with daily administrative tasks. Although these are but a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won’t be the same!

· Answer incoming calls

· Process customer payments

· Typing of proposals

· Processing of payroll

· General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning and mailing documents

· Invoicing

· Scanning credit card receipts

· Processing of warranties

· Other duties as assigned

To be Successful

· Proficient in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent data entry skills

· Able to multitask and manage multiple projects

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Westbrook, ME: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
