Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities…

• Identifies passive and active candidates appropriate for open positions throughout the NRH Network.
• Proficient at sourcing using multiple platforms including Indeed, Linked In, Facebook, and other forms of social media. Develops new ways to attract talent.
• Forges positive relationships with staffing agencies, schools, and community groups to continuously provide a pipeline of talent for NRHN.

To qualify you must have…

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in sourcing talent
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations; general knowledge of all human resource-related functions.
• HR Generalist experience preferred, relevant health care experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office products, HRIS systems, on-line recruitment tools.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and interact with others in a professional and confidential manner.
• Possible remote flexibility, to be discussed
