This position’s schedule is: Thursday through Sunday and does require weekend availability.

Job Description:

Build your knowledge on all things cannabis while providing a high level of professionalism and interacting with customers via phone, text, and email.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Communication Skills (listening, verbal and written communication)
• Increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Documentation and ing
• Opening/ Closing Procedures
• Product Knowledge
• Other duties as assigned

Shift: Wednesday – Sunday 3-9:30

Location: Seekonk, MA (may be asked to filling in at other locations as needed)

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• 1yr Customer Service or Call Center experience (cannabis industry preferred)
• Able to pass a drug and background screening
• Able to obtain and maintain MA agent Registration card
• Completion of state cannabis tracking (METRC) processing center training
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes
