Northcott Care Centre Hiring for Maintenance Assistant Full Time

Northcott Care Centre is a 72-bed long term care facility located in the town of Ponoka. We are currently seeking a 1/2-time maintenance assistant to assist with general maintenance and building duties. The job requires availability to work every 2nd weekend however the shifts during the week are flexible. The position is .5 FTE.

Qualifications

• General experience in building maintenance such as painting.
• Good interpersonal skills/organization skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Job duties

• Painting, assisting maintenance manager, snow removal, yard maintenance, replacing light bulbs, some cleaning, loading/unloading product, and other duties as they arise.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Must have clear criminal record
