We are looking for a candidate who has already got a solid background in the end to end recruitment process with an excellent understanding of the market for candidates and how best to tap into it. You will be adept at developing a compelling recruitment brand and making the best of all routes available, especially social media. You will have previously developed successful resourcing strategies which deliver excellent results, together with careers pages to showcase us as an employer. You will bring your excellent track record of success in direct sourcing and building up effective candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines. Having managed a high performing team which delivers real results you will share your passion for recruitment and finding innovative ways to find candidates in hard to fill areas. As a strong communicator with demonstrable experience of influencing key stakeholders and a focus data to support your recommendations you will be able to build effective relationships at all levels. You will also be able to manage a budget to ensure that we offer the best value for money for the Trust.
You will be joining our Resourcing Team and helping to establish a new Talent Acquisition Team to complement their existing skills and experience. Reporting to the Associate Director of People you will work alongside all the Trust’s Divisions to showcase us as an employer. Your team will be the first point of contact when developing resourcing strategies to find candidates whether through advertising or search. The important thing will be the advice that you are able to give based on previous experience and excellent market knowledge of what works. You will build our brand and reputation and ensure that all our recruitment materials are compelling and attractive. You will work alongside the Resourcing Manager to ensure a pipeline of candidates for all roles.
To lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the Trust is positioned in the recruitment market to attract the best candidates through a strong employer brand supported by proactive recruitment strategies. To provide intelligence led advice and guidance to hiring managers on the best route to market for high quality candidates, particularly for hard to fill roles, including direct sourcing. To provide regular reports on campaigns and how to enhance North West Anglia Foundation Trust’s position in the employment market.

Main duties and responsibilities
1. Work with key stakeholders to create a recruitment strategy for their vacancies, including those that are hard to fill, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for selected roles.
2. Build talent pools for the Trust from passive and non-passive candidate markets.
3. Learn about the Trust’s Divisions and keep abreast of developments to be able to provide the best advice on the most appropriate attraction campaigns and offer recommendations on sourcing strategies. Monitor current trends in recruitment and develop strategies that reflect these.
4. Use social media proactively, eg LinkedIn, to showcase our employer brand and identify potential candidates.
5. Support managers to write compelling job adverts and recruitment material which stands out in the recruitment market.
6. Lead on the Trust’s careers pages content and positioning in the recruitment market place.
7. Lead the Talent Acquisition team and liaise with the Resourcing Manager to ensure recruitment administration is completed to a high standard providing the best experience for every candidate in the process.
8. Manage the budget for Talent Acquisition.
9. Work with the Trust’s Communications Team to proactively spot areas of collaboration, sharing good news stories about successes in the Trust and using these to support recruitment strategies.
10. Lead local projects that continuously improve our processes, branding and recruitment activity.
11. Work closely with the HR Business Partners to understand and predict resourcing and succession planning requirements.
