We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our Corporate Services HR Team. This role is based at our Head Office in Bolton with remote working available.
The successful candidate will support the team with a variety of administrative tasks. This includes working on different campaigns to support the health and wellbeing of staff, minute taking at formal hearings, including participation at internal and external events.
The post holder will also support a range of projects related specifically to equality and inclusion. Excellent computer skills are required and the ability to build up positive working relationships with colleagues, trade union colleagues and those inside and outside of the department will be vital. Attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality is required.
The post holder will be expected to prioritise effectively and work with independence; flexibility in their approach to work and willingness to help is essential for this role. This role is ideal for someone with office or administrative experience, looking to work in a HR team in a challenging and exciting organisation.
North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport. Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving pre hospital care to patients in the community and onward transportation to a place of care if needed.
We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.
We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help quickly, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
