We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and evaluating potential candidates for open positions. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
