Summary of Position:
The Talent Acquisition professional will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and interviewing great candidates to hire and join our team. A successful recruiter will collaborate with leadership on a regular basis to understand hiring needs and support the field in staffing and filling open positions, as well as proactively identify and build a pipeline of talented candidates for future positions.
