We’re looking for a third HR Advisor to join a re-organised, highly regarded, and busy HR team. Each of our Advisors have their own directorate of circa 110 people to support. About You
As an Advisor, you’ll provide smart, pragmatic, and timely advice to all of our people, no matter what their role. You’ll have your own list of corporate responsibilities/projects to be involved in. You should expect to be busy advising and supporting across the full range of HR activities.
You will have a solid understanding of effective people management practice, a good foundation knowledge of broad HR topics and a CIPD level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience). You will need to be a strong and confident communicator able to communicate across all levels of the organisation. You will be someone who enjoys being busy and is able to manage a varied and full workload.
