North Country HealthCare AZ Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter Full Time

Brief Overview of Role:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates for recruitment, initial screening for providers and other assigned positions for North Country HealthCare (NCHC). The scope of work begins with a potential candidate’s initial contact with the organization and extends till the execution of offer letter and employment agreement if applicable.

Responsibilities of role:

• Work closely with hiring managers and directors throughout the organization to successfully source, recruit, and assist with interviews for all NCHC locations. This includes standing meetings, periodical travel to all NCHC sites, and maintaining steady and consistent communication among all parties with regards to candidate statuses.
• Develop and utilize a variety of candidate pipeline sourcing strategies. Revise and re-write job ads and job descriptions as necessary for accuracy and appeal. Manage job advertising and posting activities internally and externally.
• Respond to applicants in a timely manner. Phone screen candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization.
• Schedule interviews for candidates. Make hotel, transportation, hospital tour, real estate agent, and meal arrangements as necessary. Conduct references. Solicit internal feedback after the interview and ensure any allowable candidate expenses are reimbursed.
• Respond to all candidates after their interview. If an offer of employment is extended, prepare all related documents and facilitate negotiations in a timely, professional manner. Formally notify all necessary NCHC staff once offer has been accepted.
• Consistently update Applicant Tracking System with applicant/candidate statuses and communications. Continuously and accurately update additional spreadsheets of Sourcing activities for meetings with internal departments and data analysis for internal ing.
• Assist with disseminating all Predictive Index results to hiring managers.
• Reconcile company credit card purchases and accurately code invoices per company policy.
• Contribute to NCHC’s social media presence through idea generation and creation of posts.
