North Central London Integrated Care Board Hiring for People Services Administrator Full Time

We are looking for an organised and experienced Administrator to join our friendly and industrious team. This role will support the Business Partnering team along with administrative support to other areas of the People & Culture Directorate from time to time. The role is offered as a Full Time Permanent Substantive role.

Working closely with the Head of HR, HR Business Partners and People Services Advisor this role will require you to take a proactive approach in setting up or maintaining identified HR systems; dealing with HR administration and support the HR Business Partnering team in rolling out people services interventions and exploring best practice in staff solutions. There will also be some involvement in providing initial HR advise in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures and enhancing awareness and understanding amongst our staff and managers of the function.

As an outcome of the global Covid pandemic we’ve found hybrid working successful. The team currently work mainly from our Islington office based in Highbury and Islington and from home.
