NCRMLS Education Director Job Description

We are searching for an education director to oversee the new curricula across various disciplines in our Members. The education director must be committed to improving teaching practices through collaboration with Staff, Members, and Realtors. You should be able to use new and existing resources to ensure Members’ needs are met, and educational goals are achieved. You will mold and authorize material and, on occasion, be tasked with writing educational materials. To be successful as an education director, you should stay up to date with developments in hybrid education. An exceptional education director should have superb people skills and be confident in engaging individuals from various backgrounds and disciplines. You should be energetic, passionate, and able to communicate objectives.

Education Director Responsibilities:

• Developing new curricula on real estate tools to help teachers, students, and other staff.
• Building professional relationships with new members and existing ones. (Travel and Virtual)
• Monitoring the progress of new and existing teaching methods.
• Webinar Classes Identify and plan topics that lead to increased engagement with Members and Subscribers. Recruit webinar presenters and present some topics yourself.
• Closely evaluating results at the end of each quarter and writing up progress reports for all products.
• Supervising all Trainers Bureau Program and vetting prospective instructors.
• Identifying areas for improvement and scheduling workshops for new and existing staff.


Education Director Requirements:

• Degree in education administration or equivalent experience.
• The ability and patience to draft several documents and policies.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• First-class organizational skills with the discipline to work remotely.
• The ability to use tact and diplomacy in interactions with all relevant parties.
• A strong ethical code.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback.
