We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition specialist to work within our People Division and make a tangible difference to North Bristol NHS Trust.
Within this autonomous role, you’ll pick up a varied and interesting workload: spanning events, marketing, recruitment campaigns, and project management. One day, you may be crafting a schedule to ensure efficient project management, and the next; you may be meeting with managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process for the candidate of their choice.
Our ideal candidate would be capable of taking decisions on difficult and contentious issues where there may be a number of courses of action. We’ll be particularly impressed if they hold an ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise or become critical.
An excellent understanding of recruitment advertising techniques, including the use of social media, and ability to effortlessly project manage, would be beneficial to this role.
This role is based at Southmead Hospital, however we can offer some flexibility around home working if needed. The successful applicant will also need to be able to attend recruitment activities around the Bristol area and beyond from time to time.
