Accounting Coordinator

North Austin construction firm is looking for an experienced Accounting Coordinator.

Some core responsibilities for this position include:

• Research vendor invoices
• Manage rejected subcontractor invoices between project manager and subcontractor
• Enter all Drywall department monthly billings
• Enter Supplier invoices
• Manage Subcontractor Insurance
• Vendor Setups
• Enter Drywall Change Orders
• Create and collect signed lien waivers
• Assist Accounting department with subcontractor billings
• Facilitate communication between the accounting and operations departments
• Process a high volume of project billings per month
• Track accounts receivable and payables to subcontractors
• Assist Controller with monthly billings by producing conditional and unconditional waivers
• Help out with office duties such as phone, front desk items and general office duties i.e. order first aid supplies etc

Position requirements:

-Proficient with EXCEL

-Construction billing experience

-Computer Ease accounting software experience a plus

-Accounting experience

– Notary

-Detail oriented

-Good communication skills

Salary dependent upon experience.

Pay: $58,000.00 – $63,000.00 per year
