The Location
Conveniently located north Madison just 1 minute off I-39 north of Madison, WI, NAMI in Windsor, WI. Our wide-open office design is ideal for concentration and collaboration and supports a culture where we work together to make good things happen for our clients, employees, and the community. Importantly, we are minutes away from major area attractions, including the University of Wisconsin campus, Camp Randall and the Kohl Center, and the Wisconsinās State Capital. Lakeās Mendota and Monona combine to offer an abundance of fun and relaxing outdoor activities and enhance the Madison skyline.
The Position
The Talent Acquisition and Development Partner is a critical role reporting to NAMIās Chief Financial Officer. This is an amazing opportunity for the selected candidate to invigorate NAMIās Talent Acquisition process. Your role begins with understanding the current talent landscape and devising methodologies to drive improvement in the recruitment process. The unique talents that you bring to the position will allow you to enhance NAMIās recruitment brand, attract and retain outstanding employees, and help sustain our people-focused employee relations climate. You will also help build critical metrics to accurately assess and improve talent acquisition and employee retention outcomes.
But there is more. You will also focus on the development of critical skill sets for our talented employees. In doing so, you will collaborate with leadership to design career paths that provide growth opportunities for our employees. You will work with internal SMEs to identify critical employee development needs and help to define and implement training plans. It will be your responsibility to balance existing resources and quality eLearning vendors and build the best learning experiences.
