The Role
We are now looking for a Head of Talent to own planning and executing our plans for Employer Branding, Workforce planning, Recruiting & Pre-boarding. Your main scope will be to set the strategies in place and enable the talent team to reach our hiring goals, build scalable processes and ensure we build a great recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
You will report to the Director of People, head up our TA-team of currently 4 and work closely with HRBP, FP&A and Function Leads, as well as colleagues within marketing, finance and legal.
What you will do:
Hire, onboard and develop the talent acquisition team
Staff and budget planning for talent resources (employees and tools) to succeed
Ensure scalable and qualitative processes are in place within attracting, recruiting and onboarding
Ownership of training activities, process design and change management
Ensure Talent Data mapping and work on long term hiring strategy
Work close with FP&A, People and function leads in Organizational Planning
Design and execute initiatives to fill gaps within needed areas (employer branding, talent data, candidate experience, diversity hiring or other areas)
Be involved in building out our internal succession planning process
Support on operational hiring as needed and for specific roles

Strong experience from heading up a talent team in a rapidly scaling tech environment
Is a empowering manager with experience from the full employee lifecycle and genuinely passionate about growing others
Proven experience from building scalable recruitment processes
Experience from building strategies and execution within Employer Branding
Strong data and analytical knowledge, proven record of using data as foundations for suggestions and decisions
Strong communication skills

Location:
For this role we look for someone living in Sweden or London as we want local knowledge about either of those markets. We operate with a flexible remote approach so you can work from home/our Sto/London office or combine those. If you want to relocate, we only offer this to Sweden from within EU at the moment. More information will be provided during our recruitment process.
