Norman Love Confections Hiring for Director of Corporate Sales at Fort Myers, FL Full Time

Due to the needs of our growing business and our growing sales teams, Norman Love Confections is currently looking to fill our DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SALES position. This individual will be directly responsible for managing large national accounts and in addition will lead the field sales team of Corporate Gifting Managers and grow this channel nationwide.

An ideal candidate will have a player / coach style of management and have the ability to both lead and jump directly into the action during times of the year in which the team needs the hands on support. The ability to be innovative in developing new industry opportunities for corporate sales within our existing markets and develop new markets is a must. An ideal candidate will also have prior leadership experience managing a team of outside sales managers in the corporate gifting, hospitality or the food service industry and a passion for ultra premium / luxury products.

This individual must be self-motivated and be driven to succeed in the competitive world of luxury corporate gifting sales. Other qualification include:

•  Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
•  Ability to successfully network
•  Proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships
•  Excellent interpersonal skills
•  Ability to develop team sales goals and ensure those sales quotas are exceeded
•  Working knowledge of CRM systems (currently HubSpot but transitioning to Sales Force)
• Will lead decision related to customer segmentation and sales campaigns
