Finance/Office Manager-Norman & Associates

Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The Finance/Office Manager will provide administrative support to the Norman & Associates Real Estate Team and will perform finance/accounting duties. The Finance/Office Manager is responsible for an array of office management activities including:

• Handle general administrative office functions
• Provide exceptional service to customers and operate the phone system in a professional manner
• Manage an established office, maintaining office efficiency
• Provide calendar management including organizing meetings, travel, and conference calls
• Conduct daily data entry and prepare data entry reports
• Manage and Maintain QuickBooks accounts
• Manage special projects
• Manage bank accounts
• Onboard New Agents
• Reconcile Bank Accounts Monthly

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience, preferably in an office environment
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• Proven skills organizing and prioritizing tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proven skills initiating action and performing with a high sense of urgency
• 2 years of QuickBooks experience
• Accounting experience
• Real Estate knowledge preferred
