We are currently seeking a recruitment administrator to join and support our recruitment team during a very busy period. This is a varied and interesting role, which involves interacting across multiple departments and working in a fast-paced environment which is ever changing.
Our in-house recruitment team play an important part in ensuring Norfolk and Suffolk Constabulary continue to deliver an outstanding police service to our communities. We are responsible for recruiting talent into the organisation and providing a professional and efficient recruitment service for our hiring managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking for their first step into HR or Recruitment, you will receive full training in all our recruitment processes and systems and work alongside an experienced and supportive team.
It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:
· Excellent customer service skills, puts the customer at the heart of everything – with the ability to handle, resolve and escalate enquiries
· Proven and effective administration skills – understands the need for confidentiality
· Team orientated – work and support colleagues to deliver results
· Good computer skills including keyboard and knowledge of MS office suite
It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria:
· Previous experience of working in a recruitment or shared service function
Hours of work are 37 per week Monday to Friday. This post is offered on a temporary basis.
