As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide an outstanding customer experience to clients while responding to their requests and queries regarding their telecommunications products and services. This is the ideal position for those who enjoy helping people and connecting with them.

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm; EST
This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
Eligibility criteria:
Must reside with the hiring location.
Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Promote our products and services (home phone, television, and Internet) and suggest the appropriate solutions to the client according to their needs;
Provide an excellent customer experience regarding the resolution of customer billing inquiries and enhance their understanding of billing processes and policies;
Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges where appropriate and communicate outstanding amounts to customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
Ability to quickly create a genuine connection with people;
Familiarity with various competitive products and plans;
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously (think, talk and type information);
Previous customer service or call center experience, an asset;
Training start date: August 14th
