Dispatcher is responsible for routing and dispatching a fleet of company drivers locally and for providing continuous support to that work group. The dispatcher arranges schedules for drivers, communicates with the shipping department to ensure timeliness of loads readiness for shipment. The dispatcher is responsible for maximizing all truckloads by combining multiple orders. The dispatch team schedule inbound and outbound freight daily and maintain communication with interested parties throughout the delivery process.
