Job Description

• Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems relevant to healthcare operations.
• Ensure compatibility and integration with existing healthcare IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Provide timely technical support to healthcare staff to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect healthcare data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Conduct regular security assessments and update systems to address vulnerabilities.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance patient care
• Train healthcare staff on the use of IT systems and tools.
• Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical healthcare information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or at least 7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
