With around 100 staff across Bristol, London and Amsterdam, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team in Bristol. This role has been newly created in response to our recent and future growth. By joining Nomensa as Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have plenty of scope to introduce new and improve existing processes, have ownership of out contract/interim recruitment and share in our success as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for the recruitment of our contract workforce, managing the contracting process in close collaboration with other internal teams, and be a key point of reference for our contractors throughout the assignments, to maintain ongoing engagement with our contractor pool.
You’ll be managing direct contract recruitment across the full breadth skills and roles in line with project and business requirements e.g. Developers, UX Consultants, UX Designers and User Researchers, as well as partnering with our 3rd party suppliers to ensure Nomensa receive good service, high quality candidates and good value for money.
You will be responsible for improving many recruitment related processes, such as the contractor onboarding and offboarding process. This is a real opportunity to make a difference to the business and put your stamp on the way we do things.
What we need from you
We’re looking for someone who has a few years’ recruitment experience and looking to join a growing business, you can have worked in-house, in a recruitment agency, or a mix of both… the most important thing is a desire to do your best work and build strong, consultative relationships.
Experience of working with contractors and interims will be highly beneficial, as you’ll be completing CEST assessments, be regularly discussing contract terms and be considered the subject matter expert internally.
You’ll understand the importance of collaboration with other teams, with demonstrable experience of working with other departments to manage successful recruitment outcomes.
