We are Nolea Health, a brand-new marketplace bringing together healthcare providers and mental health clinicians.
The rise in demand for mental health services continues to grow, putting pressure on providers to expand their services within a fragmented employment market.
Our platform solves the pain points on both sides of the equation.
For clinicians, we provide a one-stop shop where they can upload credentials, experience and availability and then easily engage with a range of opportunities.
For providers, we offer quick and painless access to clinicians with the right skills, experience and availability to quickly meet their patient’s needs.
Tasks
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Recruiter who’s eager to develop their career within a digital healthcare startup.
You’ll be the first permanent recruitment hire working within the Onboarding Team, your focus will be on helping our customers to fill their vacancies and driving the registration of new clinicians on our platform.
This is an early-stage startup where we are establishing processes and ways of working. As such you’ll be interacting closely with the rest of the team.
You’ll have lots of influence over the way our service develops for both clinicians and healthcare providers. You’ll help us to set up effective processes, tools, messaging, and workflows.
You’ll be the main point of contact for client vacancies, guiding on the market, taking briefs and facilitating their requirements. You’ll also be responsible for managing these vacancies from start to finish, advertising for specific customer needs, searching our CRM (Hubspot), conducting outreach, screening, shortlisting, and managing candidates through the process to their start date and beyond.
You’ll also be responsible for growing the pool of registered clinicians on our platform. You’ll be creating advertisements and social media content to guide clinicians toward our sign-up process. You’ll work to ensure that we have active clinicians across all specialisms within mental healthcare. You’ll need to curate our CRM, identify niche and in-demand skill sets and work to build up our clinician marketplace.

Requirements
You’ll already have some experience in the recruitment world we are open to both agency and internal backgrounds.
We’ll want to hear about why a role like this excites you. This is not a standard recruitment role and comes with all the challenges you would expect within an early-stage startup.
You must have experience consulting with hiring managers about their roles – we’ll want to hear about what information you find most valuable when taking a new brief.
Any experience recruiting for Healthcare professionals would be highly desirable but if you have picked up new sectors before and have enthusiasm to learn about healthcare we can support you.
You must be comfortable presenting a professional image and collecting information on phone, email, text and video calls.
You’ll need to be able to write engaging adverts and other public-facing content. You’ll be confident in written English and enjoy creative writing. We’ll want to hear about the range of adverts or other creative writing you have done in the past.
Meticulous admin within our CRM is crucial to driving efficiency. We’ll want to hear about the administrative processes you have followed in the past and how you ensured accuracy during busy periods.
Hopefully, you have been exposed to a range of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and CRM’s. It’s not important you’ve used any specific tools, If you’re a fast learner we can help you pick things up.
You’ll need to be tech-savvy so we’ll want to hear about times you have picked up new technologies in the past.
Building relationships is a key skill in this role with both customers and clinicians. We’ll want to hear about how you built and maintained effective working relationships in past positions.
Recruitment is hard, it doesn’t always go perfectly so you will inevitably need to deal with rejection, frustration, and pressure. We’ll want to hear about a time when you were up against it. How did you keep your spirits up and overcome the obstacle?
