Job Description:

We are currently looking for dedicated and personable Front Desk Agents in Dallas, Texas. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to meet guest expectations and standards
• Manage reservations over the phone, online, and in-person
• Keep clear records of all room bookings and financial transactions
• Collaborate with our team to communicate what our guests need to ensure a high-quality service
• Address guest complaints and escalate to management when necessary
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor and strive to provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure the front desk area remains clean, tidy, and presentable

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role
• Proficiency with hotel management software, as well as a strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable character and good demeanor
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hotel management is a plus
