NOCD Hiring for Director of Talent Acquisition Job at Remote Full Time

NOCD is the #1 telehealth provider for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. About the role:

We are looking for an experienced leader to join NOCD as the Director of Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of People Operations. As NOCD continues its rapid growth, you will be responsible for NOCD’s hiring strategy and ensuring that NOCD continues to attract and retain top talent. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining NOCD’s strong team-oriented and mission-driven culture and ensuring NOCD’s long-term growth and success.

What you will do:

• Create and implement NOCD’s talent acquisition strategy, including by setting objectives with management to align with NOCD’s mission and culture.
• Drive NOCD’s recruiting and selection activities, including end-to-end recruitment, to achieve benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
• Design and roll out consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
• Partner with business department leads, managers, and People Operations team to understand hiring needs and assist with these processes.
• Manage NOCD’s ATS and other external resources (e.g., social networks), as well as relationships with universities, job boards, and other third-partners, that assist in the talent acquisition process.
• Prepare and review annual recruitment budget.
• Implement branding and marketing strategy for talent acquisition and retention.
• Build NOCD’s talent pipeline and develop a network of potential future hires.

Who you are:

• 7+ years in talent acquisition
• 5+ years of experience with quantitative research and analysis
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to design and drive high-level strategy projects, with attention to detail
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
