As the VP of Sales at a board level, you’ll be instrumental in driving their strategic growth initiative. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about operational excellence and has a proven track record of sales success.

Role:

• Actively contribute to driving sales performance, taking charge of the sales process from initial contact to rollout
• Collaborate closely with sales engineering, account management, customer success, and pre-sales teams to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for clients
• Provide valuable feedback on messaging and products to our marketing and product teams
• Educate and advise clients on all relevant products in the retail industry, as well as our overall business offerings.
• Successfully navigate high-value contract negotiations and demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale deployments.
• Focus on closing deals and developing a rapidly growing sales function, including leadership, hiring, and achieving sales goals.

Person:

• A minimum of 5 years in a VP/C-Suite level in a tech company
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
• Proven ability to succeed with minimal oversight and limited processes
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Reliability and attention to detail. A commitment to flawless execution.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
