Noble Title is seeking an experienced Title Insurance Closer.

The Title Insurance Closer will provide outstanding customer service relating to the sale and refinance of real estate. The Closer will obtain payoffs, prepare settlement statements, coordinate and schedule closings, document preparation, and disbursing of files. The Closer will confer with realtors, lending institution personnel, buyers, sellers, contractors, surveyors, attorneys, and courthouse personnel in order to exchange title-related information. The Title Closer completes the real estate closing process; ensures compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions. The Title Closer conducts closings with customers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.

We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, outgoing, highly detailed and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,716.00 – $161,384.00 per year
